Family Dedication Interest Form

Fill out this form if you have a little one you would like to be dedicated in the name of the Lord. 

This will be a service where we anoint the children in the name of Jesus, and empower the parents and godparents to be the primary disciple makers for that child. It will also be a call for us as the church to come alongside you through prayer, encouragement and love.
